i have a f150 ford truck my dome light wont come on when i open my drivers door or my buzzard wont go off if my keys are in the ignition my dome light comes on if you open the passenger door i dont have a manual for the fuse box its a 2003 double cab

 

Would love to try to help but a little more information on the truck would be helpful. The year would be a great help and maybe the cab information, club cab or crew cab for example. If we need to look at wiring diagrams, it may be necessary to know that. Thanks.

 

Go to www.fleet.ford.com and click on maintenance. Then click on owners manuals. Then enter information for your vehicle. Download the owners manual. Go to roadside emergencies and scroll down to the fuse panels. Good luck.

 

When you get the manual and check the fuses also look for traces of corrosion, I have seen junction boxes with a little corrosion cause a short in one item that took days to track down. also the door jamb switch could cause the same problem, you can test it with an ohm meter.
