Default Grinding noise coming from the front end

I just did the front Brakes on my 2005 F150 4X4. The truck stops like new but when i get on the gas even slightly I get a sever rattling noise from the front right wheel.

I suspect this maybe an ABS issue
any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. Will

I don't think your 150 has auto locking hubs, the axle is bolted to the hub. The ABS tone ring is in the hub, so you almost couldn't have damaged that. You may need to remove the wheel and double check your work, look for anything loose, or an ABS sensor wire rubbed through.
