key problem help please
so just bought a new truck and something with the key made it to where my truck will no longer go past 80 mph and wont let my volume go past 14 so called and they said need to take it to dealership and said i need the administrative key which is like 400 bucks anyone know how to program the key for less or know how to fix this issue please

Somehow you turned your key into a Mykey. The only way I know to turn it off is to use a second key which is not a Mykey, if you only have one key then you will need to purchase and get programmed a second key.
Get a quote from an authorized locksmith who can both cut and program the key.
