I have a stock F150 Supercrew 2005 5.4 liter that I want to get more power out of (better acceleration and tire burning - Won't spin them at all now). What should I focus on to get cost effective increases. I added K&N filter but not a intake or exhaust.

I hate having mini-vans out accelerate me to 70 on the entrance ramps but don't want to lose the convenience of the truck or the comfortable ride.

 

you could add the intake also a throttle body spacer will add some hp... exhaust mods and find a programmer.
