Default Multiple trouble codes after timing chain kit installed

Ok here goes… I just completed installing a new timing chain kit on my 2018(new main timing chain, secondary timing chains, tensioners, guides, etc) I had one trouble code before the work with was P0303 for was cylinder 3 misfire.
After the kit was installed, it now gives 3 more codes:
P0108- manifold absolute pressure/barometric pressure sensor circuit high
P0113- Intake air pressure sensor 1 circuit high (Bank 1)
P139c- EGR Sensor “C” Downstream hose off or plugged

The truck runs and the timing seems fine now, but the truck has hardly any power. You push the gas pedal and the truck stutters and won’t go full power.
I’m at a loss on this one guys. Any help would be appreciated

I could be wring on this , but I suspect you may have left off a ground wire someplace.

Can you do a quick check of your work and see of you overlooked a ground connection someplace ?
