Noisy lifters or something else?
I have a F-150 Crew cab (lariat) model year 2007. When starting, I hear a what I think is identical to noisy valve lifters. After about 10 to 15 seconds this noise disappears completely and the engine (5.4 Triton V-8) runs very smooth. Is it perhaps something else? The engine has about 108.000 Km's on it.
