My 2000 F-150 odometer light goes on and off intermittent. Anyone know how to fix this?

 

I'm sorry, im not positive on how to fix it, and i'm not positive on what the time span is, but I do that there was a few years span where a lot of fords had an electrical grounding problem with the clusters.

Usually in the instrument cluster all the lights for instrument illumination are all in one circuit. If only the speedo lights are acting up the bulb could be loose or the power and ground for the lights over the speedo may have a poor connection.

 

I had a 2000 F-150 did the same thing.. never did figure it out!!! sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't... good luck!
