Default Please help

I have a 2004 f150 4.6 running real bad I have done a compression test and these are the results cylinder

1. 200
2. 200
3. 0
4. 0
5. 0
6. 190
7. 190
8. 195
Can someone please help me troubleshoot this problem
Cylinder 123&4 sparkplugs legs were totally melted off 6&7 have oil I'n plugs holes 5&8 seemed alright

Would you know if this engine overheated and wasn't shut down ?

Yes I did about a week ago the radiator hose blew off the engine and it overheated but I caught it right away and fixed but it did overheat for about three minutes temp Gage was maxed out I'n the red

You may be looking for another engine which might be the cheaper route to go.
I would suspect possible warped heads,engine block damage etc.
Ford was supposed to have a function in place where the engine would run on alternate cylinders so overheat damage would not take place and the alternating non functioning cylinders would work like air movers to help remove heat and keep damage to a minimum. I guess it may have been overtaxed.
In any case a complete teardown will be required to get a worthwhile assessment of internal damage.
This is only my opinion and a second and third opinion is certainly in order.

When diagnosing this concern, there are times when you have to go to a customer and say: "you're screwed, sir."
It unfortunate, but when these engine overheat like this, there's not much to save. I wouldn't trust the block or heads, and not much else, to reuse.
If this is going to be repaired, a major flush of the cooling system and testing of the fan, clutch, radiator, and waterpump are also in order, not to mention all the hoses.
I'm sorry, but there's no other way around it.

I think you would be way better off buying a new one and either put it in yourself or have it put in by a shop. sounds like it blew up to me

did you try to check the compression wet ! squirt some oil in each hole and see if the compression comes up ! if the compression improves then you could have a stuck valve , a vacuum leak like the intake gasket or head gasket leaking !

At this point, it doesn't really matter what's wrong, it needs to come out and totally apart. This is one of these cases where you just have to take the thing out, apart, and shake it upside down to see what's broke!
It doesn't make it better, but it's being honest.
