Default Replaced Hub bearing and Having ABS issues

Looking for some help! I recently changed out the passenger hub bearing, on my 2005 F150(5.4 2wd). It corrected the horrible knocking sound, but now my ABS light us on and I'm experiencing intermittin break pulsing/knocking. When I first start the vehicle, I'm not getting the ABS warning light, but when I initially brake , it will pulse and throw an ABS code (C1297). After the initial braking, all braking seems to work perfectly. The replacment hub was aftermarket and came in the standard assemply style unit, with the rotor attached. I know the ABS issue is related to the hub job, but I can't seem to figure out why. Its a simple remove and replace job, or so I thought. The sensor connection is solid and all re-assembly seems to be correct. Is there a crutial step I missed when replaxing the hub assembly that would effect the ABS? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You might get hold of a volt/ohmmeter and check the resistance inside the hub. It does sound like the reading could be zero or out of spec.
What you might also consider is connecting the voltmeter to the leads coming off the hub assy and set the setting to the AC millivolt scale then rotate the hub , it should produce a readable reading, if not change it !
Unfortunately, because a part is new is no guarantee it is good.
