Question Shaking, clanking & stalling when parking or backing up

2007 F-150 5.4 3v triton 4x4

Maybe someone can help me figure out what's going on ... It drives great going down the road and no trouble codes. It's Shaking, clanking & stalling when parking or backing up, only does it once it's at operating temp. I'm attaching a video hoping it will help. Thanks 👍

Holy crap that's rattling. Good job finding the fix. What did they look like? Were they clean and just inoperable or sludged up?

Update..........It turned out that it needed a new engine, besides the VCT solenoids and timing chain slapping noise there was also etching and filing on internal parts. The mechanic said that the hotter it got the worse the symptoms were.
