Default Spacers needed?

I have a 2010 F150 lariat. I got a 2 1/2 inch leveling kit installed few months ago. I recently bought 20 inch rims and 275/65/20 BFG KO 2's tires. Just had them put on. Truck looks great.
The only problem is when wheels fully turned it rubs a little on the air dam which I trimmed a 1 inch. It just rums slightly on the inside of wheel well by mut flip.
Can I add spacers to help alleviate this problem ? Or any other Solutions you guys can think of ?

Thx
