Default Strange new sound

Drove from Utah to San Diego. On the way back, stopped for gas and then the truck started making a new noise! Sounds like a grinding, very uniform, changes as you speed up/slow down. Nothing at a stop, no change as I apply brake- other than the speed change. No change as I rev. Only while in motion. No alerts, leaks smells etc. goes away after about 1 minute of driving. Doesn’t happen if I use remote start, and wait 1-2 minutes before driving. Truck is f150 xlt super crew turbo eco boost 3.5. I have a video, but it exceeds the size limit. I can email to someone who may have advice.

1) Check my signature
2) Test again at highway speed, when it happens again, immediately shift to neutral, does it stop instantly or not? What is all the "change" and "no change" please be specific change from what to what, and what is no change. You stop at a stop sign, you rev hard does it sound or no?
