Default Throttle Body Blade Chatter

Hows it going fellas.

I have a 2010 Ford F-150 5.4 3 Valve and i changed the throttle body and transferred the parts to the new one and at idle the throttle body blade is rapidly going back in forth in a short path.

What do I need to do? Do i need to use something such as Hp Tuners to re-learn the throttle blade position or is there an easier way to do the re learn process?

If you start the engine WITHOUT touching the throttle pedal and let it idle and reset itself, what do you get ?

Throttle body should be cleaned routinely and it has a long lifespan and it shouldn't even need to be changed. Why you need to change it?

Below is a diagram for 08 F150 5.4L. Ford says TP sensor should not be reused. You reused it?
