Default Timing chain 2012 F150

Why is it that FORD is aware of an issue with the timing chains going in F150 trucks but are not coming good for the parts or repairs? Nothing but bad luck straight from the factory with this truck and now it sits at a dealer needing repairs to the tune of $6000 or more. Very poor customer relations when I called in about the matter as well this Ford family of over 40 years is going to another brand, just wish I hadn’t bought a new truck back in December now afraid I’m going to get the same customer service and quality of this 2012 truck with only 160,000km on it. Would be nice for FORD to step up here not only for me but for the others having the same issues

Could you please provide some info for me and maybe I might be able to shed some light on why your vehicle is/ has been having some wear problems

Could you please provide some info like ; how often was the motor oil changed
what grade/ weight , type motor oil was used
Who did the oil changes?
This is very important and let's hope we can answer some troubling concerns, OK ? Thank You.

There were some problems with timing chains and delayed oil change intervals, incorrect oil installed and poor quality oil.
I don't see any of those being a possibility, but we never know.
You gave the "Golden answer",that should not have allowed any of the usual causes to get into the picture.
There is a forum member that is presently with a dealership, hopefully he might be able to provide some addl info for you.
