Default Tune up

I have a 2010 F-150, V8 4.6L engine. I have 101,000 miles and someone suggested that I do a tune up on my truck. My question is should I just change the spark plugs or the coils as well? Any other tips would be appreciated.

If the plugs were never changed it would be a good time to replace them , with Motorcraft plugs. You can get them either at an auto supply store or on line, but smart thing is to stick with OEM. You can always replace a coil(s) when they begin to give problems. Later model coils can get expensive, but still would stay with OEM.
