Tuner options for the 5.4?
Just recently got back home from towing a 18Ft camp trailer and got an average of 9 miles per gallon on 6 tow trip. My question is is adding a tuner with a tow mode worth it? My truck was struggling going uphill. I have an aftermarket intake already but I don’t know if adding a tuner will help
