i recently purchased the ford factory premier warranty plan earlier this year. i brought the truck in for oil change and tire rotation and notified the service writer about the check engine light that appeared from time to time. they said it was the vapor management valve. cost to replace was 340.00. i figured it was covered in warranty.....NOT! they said it was not on list of parts. called ford warranty div, they had a hard time even finding the part. i figured it was part of the emmision warranty at the very least, it's not. they consider it a wear item i was told at dealer.

Are you asking for help on how to remove the part?
Cant help with it not being covered, could try a different dealer.
What engine do you have?
What is the actual fault code?
