Default VCT housing filter/screen - Plug Torque

I'm in the middle of a timging job on my 2009 F150 XLT with a 5.4/ 3V. I've reinstalled the VCT / VVT housing assemblies onto the cylinder heads.
I've also replaced the VCT / VVT housing filter/screens on both the Lt & Rt heads; however, for whatever reason my manual doesn't mention anywhere what the torque value is on the plug that holds the filter in place.
Anyone happen to know what the torque is?

Most times when torque specs are not available we judge by the size of the fastener. If small a little torque , if larger , slightly more torque, but only enough to secure the part.
