Default Warranty

Warranty problems. I own a 2018 XL sport . It has been serviced regularly. At 35 k I noticed a hum from the front end . I was told it's the Michelin tires. Well it's now 38k and in changing the tires I find the the front left bearing hub is fried. Past the warranty I'm screwed anyone else had this problem? I'm looking at getting more people that have had the same problem together to go after Ford. I've never heard of bearing going bad at 35k.

We've replace many F150 front wheel bearings, granted they are not usually on stock size tires, its usually larger tires that are heavier then the bearing is designed to handle.
If you have ESP it should be covered, granted you will need to pay your deductible.
What I would do is contact Ford Corp, not the dealer but Ford Motor Company, explain that you noticed it at 35k but was told by the dealer it was the tires but now just barely out of warranty the bearing is defiantly bad.
I have seen Ford cover stuff like this where its just barely out of warranty, the dealer can help to push for Ford to cover the repair, be nice to the dealer about it so they are more likely to have your back.
If you want to change the bearing yourself its very easy on a 2WD truck, not horrid but more complex on a 4WD truck.
