Default Wiper motor park issue

Hello, I have a 2018 f150 with the 5.0 and I知 having issues with my wipers. Got them replaced about 5 months ago and haven稚 been satisfied with the work. After going back multiple times they kept telling me it was normal I知 fed up and need some help. Currently when I go to turn off my wipers it goes past its park position (possible to the motors correct position) then back up to not its park position. I知 thinking it痴 an issue with the transmission not being aligned but I wanted to ask here to see if anyone has my issue/ had fixed a similar issue!

Evidently, the wipers were not in the park position when wiper motor was installed . Just needs to be removed and reinstalled correctly.

So like take the inside transmission off and adjust them when motor is set to park?

NO!
The motor has to be in the park position before removing it.
Once removed, place the wipers in the correct parked position then connect the link on the motor to the wiper linkage. Both now will be in the normal park position, install motor check to make sure all is right and close up the job...

Ok I called the Dealer (they did the work) and they have a 2 year warranty so I知 going to take it to them to fix it. I haven稚 personally looked in where the motor is so I didn稚 know if the transmission could come off without removing the motor to adjust (like if there is a nut to take off to adjust the transmission). If I decide to take it on myself (incase dealer doesn稚 fix it) when I adjust the transmission arms should the bars be in a straight line or will I know where the park should be when I adjust it?

It is not something you can adjust. The park mechanism is built in on the wiper motor and is not adjustable.
When the motor is purchased it is in the park position.. Whoever installed the replacement screwed up and moved the wiper position on the windshield and the wiper motor will keep placing it in that position when going to park.

So does this mean when I bring it to the dealer they will have to basically reset the position to where it is supposed to be (at park), or like replacing stuff? I have a 2 year warranty on all the parts so I知 not worried about getting it replaced if need be.

(sorry if I sound dumb I知 just very novice and want to be informed on what the dealer is going to do)

Funny thing,
Didn't anybody verify the wipers worked correctly before taking the vehicle out of the shop and releasing it ?
How could they not see that ?

Exactly what I said. Legit when u turn them in it goes down a little then back up. And they were satisfied with that lol. Tired of inexperienced technicians putting their greasy hands on my truck lol

A suggestion,
What if you called that dealership service dept and made sure the labor involved is covered as well as the parts. ?
