Called dealer yesterday and they said it would all be covered. Went this morning and they fix it (sorta), still does it after wiping the window (goes past park then back up slightly). The ford tech says it does that to push the water off the glass into the drain track when the wipers are going to park . They even put a new set of blades on it for free. A lot more smooth now and I can live with it. Wipers arms are aligned as well and not crazy high (passenger blade is not straight like the driver but that is the only way they can put it). I appreciate your help, I was about to just do it myself till the dealer said I had a 2 year warranty on everything!
