The indicator light stays on even when the park brake is disengaged. The chime goes off nearly all the time too. Cant figure it out, the brake fluid level is good and does not appear to be damaged or leaking. I just had the wire harness changed out for that factory recall in hopes that would fix the annoying problem but still have problem, another ongoing problem with the truck is that Ive had to change batteries a few times and am now realizing that its propably not bad batteries but something draining them, truck is all stock, anyone know what things to look for?

 

I think there is a switch the sits next to the pedal that opens when you disengage the brake. It's adjustable and needs to be backed off a bit.
