06 diesel stall

06 diesel stall
fuel light came on, filled up at hess 37 gallons. drove aprrox 20 miles then she shut down. no early signs of failure just lost rpms and stalled. only mod is intake 24k miles. towed to dealer no mechs on sat. any ideas
