1974 F250 390 won’t start
to start here’s a list of new parts on the truckSpark plugs, spark, plug, wires, two ignition solenoids, key ignition, carburetor was rebuilt by shop, new battery, new oil, new gas, fuel pump, fuel line, ignition coil,
the old parts that would matter is distributor and carburetor but the carb was freshly rebuilt
it won’t turn over all it dose is crank and crank
the choke is wide open and has fresh fuel it has spark so i’m stumped

Pull one or two spark plugs. Are they wet or dry ? If wet, possible ign problem, if dry, possible fuel supply problem.
How about a little more history?
Did the the no start condition exist before replacing all those parts?
How did it run ,if it did run, before replacing all the parts
Sometimes we add to the problem in the process of replacing parts, that is why we need all the info you can provide, thanks.
Last, but important question, where were the parts purchased, sometimes parts can be defective right out of the box, especially if imported !!!
Did you check for spark at the plugs? Does carb have manual or automatic choke?
