Default 1986 f350 460 start problem

Im in need of some help. My truck was running just fine and then i was on my way to work and and stopped at the gas station and tuned it off and came back and it woulnt start acted like it wasnt getting enough fuel so i figured out that my fuel pumps were bad so i replaced them and still noting it gets fuel to the carb and when i crank it over it fires but wont start i replaced the spark plugs and wires, distributor cap and rotor, ignition lock cylinder ,ignition switch, ignition coil, new battery cables, starter and starter solenoid, amd cleaned the carb completely. Im at a loss of what else it could be. Any help would be wonderful

You might try removing the dist cap and see if the rotor turns. If it does try to get the timing mark on the crank pulley lined up with the pointer. Now check if the rotor is pointing to #1 cyl plug wire on the cap. If not, by hand turn the engine over ONE MORE TURN in the same direction that the engine normally rotates, only to line up the timing mark on the pulley with the pointer and again see if the rotor is pointing to # 1 plug wire on the cap. If it does that would eliminate the pin that holds the dist drive gear to the shaft. If that pin shears the gear can move and the shaft doesn't and the result is incorrect ignition timing.
At this point it would be a good move to confirm if you have spark coming from the coil when the engine is cranked. If not check the pick up coil in the dist for being open.

the rotor doesnt spin by hand. Eliminated the pickup coil just replaced that.

it will fire up as long as the key is in the start position and i can rev it up. But as soon as i let the key back it stops dead.
