First time posting on here so please bare with me. I’ve got a 99’ f450 7.3l with a 6 manual with a bad pcm. I changed it with an 02 f350 7.3l AT one. It runs fine with a bunch of codes for the transmission. Ford said they can’t get a replacement. Any ideas where I can get this one repaired without breaking the bank? Before I changed it I had a start and died 15 sec, then crank no start. Could not pull any codes of it. I had an Edge programer in it.

Thank you for the info. I was able to drive it home with the 2002 PCM, but I’m gonna park it till I get the right one in it. I’ll give them a call.
