Default 2000 f350 7.3 Starting Problem

This truck has had issues starting for years. In the past the starter was cranking slow and since has been replaced with a high rpm starter. After this change the truck started fine for a while. Now, even though it seems to crank fine/fast it will not start. Although, it could always be started then and now by rolling down the driveway and putting it into gear or towing it to start. The truck has not been used much since summer months. It is cold now but the problem was consistent in the summer as well. Once started in the summer and driven the truck would start fine later in the day. The batteries have been replaced. Any suggestions on what could be wrong would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

You need a scan tool and code reader.
ForScan on a smartphone (with the appropriate ELM32 adapter) is recommended.
You need to post the following cranking data:
rpm
ICP pressure
IPR % duty cycle
injector (fuel) pulse width command
System voltage

Are you getting smoke while cranking (after about 10 seconds)? If no smoke then no fuel is getting into the combustion chamber.

I assume that your oil level is good (not too high or low) and you don't have a clogged air filter.
