I have a 2004 F350. It will not start on it's own. It is getting fuel to the filter but it will start with fuel vapor, but as soon as the vapors are gone it dies..... Anyone have any ideas?? When hooked to our scanner these are the codes that came up.

Those codes are fuel injector codes and when you get that many the fuel injection control module is on it's way out. Usually located on the engine driver's side valve cover.
