Default 2004 Ford F-250 superduty 6.0 no start

So I recently put in a new used intake manifold, got everything hooked back up, and when I turn the key, my lights flicker, it throws a glow plug check dash like as well as ABS and battery light. Will not even crank. I have no idea what to do.

Verify all electrical connections are on solidly with no corrosion (this includes the alternator sensing wire)
Charge batteries (individually is best)
Load test batteries (individually is a requirement)
Take alternator in and have it tested

Assuming you have healthy batteries that are all charged up, and a healthy alternator, then you can try cranking by disconnecting a yellow wire (with blue stripe) by the passenger fender (and by the vacuum pump and climate air blower) and jumpering it to the passenger battery (+) terminal. Do this with the key off. This will/should crank the starter.

I checked the battery wires those are good, the batteries were great when I unhooked them. Alternator is ok.
I will look around better and see if I missed anything.

Please charge and load test the batteries. I assure you one can fail quickly and you can't tell without the proper testing.

Many of us have been through this a BUNCH of times .......

Oh, and that battery light is 90% of the time an alternator issue (which can cause battery issues).

I can load test and test the batteries, and check the alternator again when I get off worK. And it also doesn’t ding when I turn the key.

Strange things happen, check all the fuses, those under the hood and those in the dash Quick when you use a test lite.
All grounds connected, sometimes we miss one.

I’ve got the batteries charging cleaned all the corrosion I could find. I’ll take in my alternator and see what happens. I was already able to get it to crank over with the yellow wire.

So I had to get two new batteries and one alternator was fine and the other he said was 50/50. And I’ve used the yellow wire on the battery to turn it over and build up oil pressure. And I’m still waiting until I can start it.

What I mean is after I get the high pressure oil pump up to par then hopefully I can start it up for real or at least be able to check it for codes.
