Default 2012 F250 gasser AC problem

Hey guys I've got a 2012 f250 with a 6.2. Everything with the AC and heat works perfectly fine except the vent selection. I have no control over where the air blows out. It blows out of the defrost, the dash, and the floor all the time. Any help would be appreciated because it's getting got in Florida and I'm tired of my windshield fogging up with the AC on.

I'm not sure what that is or where it's located. I can find it and check if you can point me in the right direction.

It sounds like it could be a blend door. I would have it diagnosed and if you would like me to find a part number for you I would be happy to do so, I will just need your VIN number. Have a good one!

I was really hoping that wasn't the case, because I'm pretty sure the whole dash assembly has to come out to replace that.

I am not sure that is the problem which is why I suggested a professional diagnosis.
