Default 2014 6.2 4x4 issue

My 2014 F350 6.2 has a new 'used' transmission. Long story short, transmission shop installed, now 4x4 doesn't work (yes i took it back, they're clueless, why i am here). When I put the dash selector in 4wd, everything appears to be working, I hear the transfer case motor clicking, but I have no power to my front axle. If I manually lock the front hubs, when the truck rolls the axle and front drive shaft turn with them... so I'm thinking the problem is in the transfer case. As far as I know, the transmission shop only removed/replaced the transfer case while doing the transmission. Is there something they could have left out?

Maybe they failed to connect the electrical wiring.to the shift motor.

Thanks, I checked... all is wired and I hear the typical clicking when engaged... losing my mind over this.

Default Update

Today I pulled the transfer case motor and tested, it functions normally. I also put a wrench on the output shaft while it was exposed.... I can't move it. Has anyone ever mated a transfer case to a transmission? Is it possible to connect them incorrectly so that the insides of the transfer case bind up?

I'm not sure how the transfer case would have gotten screwed up by replacing the transmission, that said I would go back to whoever replaced the transmission assuming it worked correctly beforehand.
