Hi guys just looking for some answers. I have a 2015 ford f250 with the 6.2L in it. Longstory short i had my transmission pump and torque convert replaced and in the process i think they may have leaked my transfer case oil out and never checked it when they reinstalled. I have put on 17000 miles and now my transfer case is making noise and the 4 wheel drive is in bad shape. It was in the shop today and that is when they told me there was no oil in the transfer case and no signs of a leak. Could they have tipped the transmission while installing the trans pump and torque converter? They said they would not have taken the transfer case off.
