Default 2022 F350 driver assist option settings

Two settings I’m not sure about.

1. Brake effort
I assumed this had something to do with controlling the amount of voltage that is sent to the trailer brakes, but doesn’t seem to make a difference. Is this what this option does or is this the amount of pressure needed to apply to the brake pedal?

I have it set to low/medium/high and the trailer brake controller set to a gain of 10 but still can’t lock up the trailer brakes by using the slide switch. In the past With other brake controllers been able to adjust the trailer breaking by using the gain adjustment just under lock up but this controller doesn’t seem to put out enough voltage to lock up the trailer brakes so I can reduce the gain prior to lock up.

2. ECO mode
does ECO mode just change the shift points as does tow/haul mode? What does ECO mode do and how does it do it?

Thanks
