5.4 triton

i have a single cab f250 4 wheel drive 5 speed and i want to get more out of like performance wise and i was asking for some sugestions?

2000... exhaust and evo ht on it now. but still looking for a air intake and throttle body. any sugs?

You can look on lmctruck.com. I have the cataloge for the same year truck and they have a couple of air intakes that are supposed to increase performance.
