Problem started a few months ago, it's not getting worse. When engine is cold I have great acceleration and rpm, when the engine gets to temp I can't go above 2100 rpm and I have slow acceleration. On occasion there is some blue smoke, with some hesitation. Also have had a code for low boost pressure

 

Sounds like something to do with fuel or air. Maybe your fuel pump.

 

If you haven't fixed the problem yet, it might be a good idea to look at the turbo for coking up and not being able to respond.
