I have a 91 f250 it has a brand new 5.8 lit engine new tranny and a new suspension but the computer keeps frying this is the second time I replace it and I have no idea why??? Can anyone help me??

 

There is most likely a direct short somewhere. You will need to check all the solenoids. Before you run the vehicle see if you can run the KOEO tests (key on engine off) That should direct you with a code . With something that ,bad, the computer should tell where, before you even start the vehicle. You don't need to blow another computer.
