hi before i buy the part i want to be 100percent positive if it is going to be a problem solver. my 351 is squeeking i checked everything and i narrowed it down to the alternator and water pump. everytime i press the gas the squeek gets louder and i would think thats the alternator getting more juice but how can you tell if the water pump is gone???? thanks

 

Use a stethoscope to pinpoint the noise before buying parts.
