Default Anyone help with figuring out a lift on 2017 ?

Can anyone help me figure out what kind of lift (if any) I have on this truck. It's new to me and rides horrible. It's raining to much for me to get pictures and I know I need to replace a ball joint or two on the front. But I was going to replace shocks and possibly springs to lower it back down some. I'm kinda short. Anyways, right now the best I can do if give some measurements. Rear block under rear leaf springs is 3.5 inches. From the ground to the bottom edge of the under cab at the driver door is 24 inches. The front coil spring as it sits is 14 inches. Truck is sitting on 35 inch tires. I know this isn't much info but I am new to lifts and what not. Any help is appreciated.
