I have a 2020 F350 with a sync (version: 3.4). I got into the truck the other day and noticed that my audio wasn't working. I've done the whole soft, hard and master reset and nothing. The screen comes on and I can click on nav, climate, setting etc.

So, here is what I have noticed doesn't work on center console...
Radio power button
Media button
Volume ****

What doesn't work on steering wheel
SYNC command button
Volume up and down
Seek back and forward

Now, I can connect to apple CarPlay. I can answer calls with the button on the steering wheel. I can also hear myself on the other end. But strange that the sync button doesn't work unless apple CarPlay is connected. Last thing that I noticed is that in settings I can not select "sound". It pretty much grays out the option like if I was in motion and other settings would gray out if that makes sense.

So, whoever sees this and has an idea of what's going on thank you in advance. For whatever reason I thought I bought the best warranty and clearly I opted out for it so here I am. Thanks again.
