I was told you can put Automatic Transmission Fluid in the fuel tank and it will help clean out the diesel injectors, Will this work on a 2004 6.0?

 

it would be better for the engine if you use "marvel mystery oil", a product made for diesels used since 1890's

can use trans fluid on carburated vehicles no harm but would not reccommend trans fluid on diesels....seals are different on diesel engines and injectors...
