Brake issue

hi I got a 1995 f350 and when I tap the brakes, the pedal sinks to the floor by itself. It will only come back up when I tap the brakes again.

Most of the time a brake master cylinder when leaking internally and losing pressure will allow the pedal to go to the floor. Master cylinder replacement is usually the cure.
