Ford Aerostar Van; 6 cyl; 3.0; FWD, Broken shifter tube

I broke the shifter tube. Went to change the gears from park to Drive and it just flopped down. Everyone tells me I have to change the entire steering column but I don't think that is needed. The horn does not work either. I need instructions and the part.

Contact your local dealer and they can get the part. Also, have them get the bushings for it. Just install the new one as in the reverse order as removing the old one.
