Default Dead 6.0, it just quit!!

2003 6.0 4x4 6 speed 80k mls. Driving down the highway with the cc set the "check guages" light came on. The oil pressure was at zero. Coasted into a rest area, tried to start it, it spit and sputtered a bit then nothing. It'll crank all day but no fire. The first shop (after four hours and $250.00) said the high pressure oil pump was bad and for $2200.00 they would be obliged to replace it. I had it towed to the local dealer. They have been working on it for four days and still have no idea what the problem is, they have changed the oil pressure regulator with no results. Now they are going to look into the injectors. Any thoughts????
