Question Front Hub DRW or SRW

Hi!
I am a new member, name is Shane, most people call me Irish.
I run a 2004 F350SD 5.4 Triton that has roughly 146k on it. So, I am replacing the front hub bearing units on this truck and have run into a grey area, when I look at the hub options it says, 8 Lug, course thread, (thats what i have) and then DRW model only. There are units for SRW also, but I am wondering if that means I have to run dual wheels if i use these or just have that option already installed on the truck.
I do run a plow but do not run dual wheels or tow. Any help clarifying this would be awesome, this is what the site states:
** This product fits this position on your 2004 Ford F-350 Super Duty:Front
Notes: DUAL REAR WHEEL-45.7MM STUD LENGTH-COARSE THREAD M14X2 STUD:

If I recall correctly , if the vehicle has dual rear wheels, the front hubs are with an extended hub to bring the front wheels out to the same plane as the outer rear.

If single rear wheels , the front hubs don't have that extension.
