Default Front wheel brake grabbing

Hello everyone,
I’ve had this issue for some time now, around 30k miles, and it is getting worse. My truck with the issue:
2016 F-350 4x4 crew cab, front leveling kit installed professionally, tire size increased to 285 on stock wheels. Everything else is stock.

The problem is while turning to the right my front left wheel brake will grab. It will sometimes grab just a short time and sometimes so long that I almost come to a stop. It happens while not braking but does it while braking too. Examples of when this condition occurs are when turning into a parking lot or turning from one street to another but never at high speed such as a 40 mph corner.
I just had the front brakes done due to the front left wearing out, which they were only done 26k miles ago. The right side was in good condition, so this issue is wearing hard on my left front wheel brake.
The brake shop has checked everything and says it is good. I’ve googled this and really nothing has come up that matches my issue.

Has anyone heard of this?
