Default gas cap suction
I just bought a new gas cap and drove for about 5 miles from the parts store home and unscrewed it, a huge rush of air went into the tank (not out), is this a problem? i feel like it shouldnt be doing that.

There is an evap syst test that runs to check the integrity of the evap system . One way it does this is with vacuum. I would suspect one of the two valves involved is malfunctioning.
