While on a road trip in my new 2019 Ford F250 KingRanch PSD 4x4, the GPS went out/offline for an hour. If I plugged in my iPhone with Waze, then the truck's non-working GPS would corrupt the phone's navigation. GPS was working fine for the two iPhones and BlackVue 900DS dashcam in my truck. This was definitely a GPS issue with the Ford navigation. When I explained this to my Ford service advisor, the response I got was "this happens to me to". This was not reassuring!
