Default Intermedite Electrical Trouble

2002 Ford F250, 7.3, Diesel, 4 X 4, 339,000 miles

The truck will lose power to the electric windows, radio and dome reading lights. Power will come and go without any warning ... truck can be running for days without any problem and it may happen several times in a day.

Any help here is appreciated....doug

Welcome to the site..

Fairly common problem, usually intermittent at the onset, and tend to fail at some point. Usually an issue with the Battery Saver Relay ( integrated within the cluster) or possibly the Accesory Delay Relay. The clusters Battery Saver and/or the micro processor can be cause, they control function to both relays..

Here a link to a few failures, and last posts were a diagnosis and a stand alone relay install rather than a replacement instrument cluster..
