Default Lowering 2018 F-250 4X4

New to this media/forum.

Purchased a second hand 2018 F-250 4X4 in Feb 2019 that seems to be very tall. Put side steps on it but my wife and I are still having difficulty getting in and out. We bought this to pull our Jayco Eagle HT 5th Wheel and it actually appears to be loading up the back axle quite a bit on the RV because the front of the RV where it connect to the truck is much taller than the rear of the RV.

I measured the distance between the top of the tire and the outer edge of the fender well and they measure 11.5" on the rear and 9.25 on the front.

So here is the question: Is there any way to lower both the front and rear to help a seventy and sixty something get in and out of the truck and perhaps give a better pull/ride for the RV?

Jim
