vibration in front end

Default vibration in front end

hello every one . i have a 2000 f 250 super duty xlt . I replaced the tie rods ,ball joints .sway bar bolts ,all front seals , all new brake pads . all 4 shocks . both front hubs .axle universal joints and front drive shaft universals . Automatic 4 wheel seals .
I have a vibration in the front end like I have a warped rotor . When I jack the drivers side up and spin the tire I have a drag like the brakes are sticking .like the rotor is warped . I have replaces the rotor and caliper and rubber brake line .This has me dumb founded .
dose any one have any ideas . If I know if I take this in to a shop they will rape me . I dont know what else to do .

Did you have the problem before changing all those parts?

No, It started about a month after i changed the ball joints and tie rods . If I jack the passanger side up ,the tie turuns freely . The drivers side drags like a warped rotor . Its a new rotor ,hub ,caliper ,brake line.
But it still drags ,The axle turns freely . I dont know what else to do .
